In honor of Veterans Day, join us for a Veterans Day Ruck to pay tribute to those who have served our country. A ruck is a walk or march with a weighted backpack, symbolizing the gear carried by our military personnel. It's a way to challenge yourself physically while reflecting on the sacrifices made by our veterans.

Event Details:

• All fitness levels are welcome—you can carry as much or as little weight as you'd like in your ruck/backpack.
• The ruck will begin at 7:30 AM, following a scenic route with moments for reflection along the way.
• Refreshments will be available before and after the event to keep you energized.
• Please wear comfortable attire and sturdy shoes.
• Rucks will be provided if you plan to carry weight.

Let’s gather at 7:00 AM at the Kleist Health Education Center to honor the dedication and sacrifice of our veterans. Together, we will ruck to remember!
